Ianthe Blossom layout

Originally devised as a wallpaper border in c.1902 by French artist René Beauclair, Ianthe was first printed for Liberty in 1967 as part of the decade's revival of ornate Art Nouveau styles. It was reimagined for the 'swinging London' market in the 60's 'and was an instant hit with Liberty's Carnaby Street clientele, originally appearing on furnishing and dress fabrics before being developed for use on scarves. The design joined the Tana Classics collection in 1986. Here it has been reimagined and several well-known ditsy classic florals added to create a floral softness to the sinuous art nouveau lines.

You can combine it with the THABANA pants, the TOUKBAL vest and some sneakers for a casual day. If what you want is to take it to the office or to a dinner with friends, combine it with white pleated pants and tucked inside.
